Defensive Tactics: Skills for subduing and neutralizing threats while minimizing harm.
Arrest & Control Procedures: Practical approaches for apprehension and compliance in high-stress encounters.

Physical Conditioning: Functional strength, endurance, and agility tailored for law enforcement duties.
Program Philosophy:
With over two decades of real-world operational experience, I specialize in teaching officers the skills that truly matter under pressure. My background includes serving as an FBI-certified Defensive Tactics Instructor, FBI SWAT Operator, and New Jersey State Police Sergeant, as well as training federal, state, and international agencies in arrest and control, close-quarters engagements, and crisis response.
At PRGA, my mission is to give law enforcement professionals a practical, job-specific advantage—techniques and decision-making that hold up during high-stress encounters. This program blends high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with proven tactical methodology to help officers control subjects safely, maintain composure in critical moments, and reduce injury risk for both officer and suspect.
I’ve lived the realities of confrontations, weapon retention fights, and split-second decision-making. My goal is to pass on that experience so every officer who trains here becomes more effective, more confident, and more prepared to go home safe at the end of every shift..
